GOS Brake Systems

Founded in 1981 by Haydar GEÇGEL, GEÇGEL Otomotiv initially entered the industry by manufacturing machine tools. Through continuous investments and rapid expansion, the company broadened its product range in automotive forged parts and trailer equipment, commencing the production of brakes, S-camshafts, and forged bolts.

Today, under the brand GOS Brake Systems, we operate in 26,000 m² integrated facilities in Konya Industrial Zone, manufacturing automatic slack adjusters, caliper bodies, and repair kits exported to over 45 countries worldwide.

GOS Fren Sistemleri, modern dökümhane, CNC işleme merkezleri, robotik montaj ve dinamik test laboratuvarları ile ağır vasıta (kamyon, çekici, treyler, dorse ve otobüs) fren kaliperleri, tamir takımları, otomatik fren cırcırları ve kam millerini uluslararası OEM spesifikasyonlarında üretmektedir.

Entegre İmalat Yetkinliği: Kalıp tasarımından talaşlı imalata ve yüzey kaplamaya kadar tüm süreçler kendi bünyemizde yürütülür.

ISO & OE Standardında Kalite Kontrol: 3D CMM ölçüm cihazları, optik spektrometre ve 1.000.000 döngü ömür testleri ile %100 kontrol.

Geniş Çapraz Referans Veritabanı: Knorr-Bremse, Wabco, Meritor, Haldex, BPW ve SAF sistemleri ile birebir uyumlu ürün gamı.

Konya Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde yeni modern tesis devreye alındı, kaliper mekanizması üretimine başlandı.
